The Lateral Wedges are lightweight and provide both positioning support and comfort.
Features:
- Wedges can be easily placed in position unlike foam pillows and it is possible to turn the patient without assistance by using the Wedges.
- The Lateral Wedges are ideal for keeping-bed ridden patients repositioned, eliminating pressure points over the bony prominences and reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers.
- The unique construction of an outer vinyl mesh, breathable fabric shell and a Non-absorbent, polystyrene bead fill allows air to flow through the wedge, eliminating the discomfort of conventional foam pillows, which build up heat.
- All the Wedges feature a zippered closure, enabling beads to be added or removed for patient accommodation.
