| Question: | I am a 31 yr/old male with poor shoulder posture. I'm looking for a clavicle brace or splint that can be worn daily but inconspicuously under dress shirts. Many braces and splints are bulky and obvious. Adjustability is important as these devices tend to stretch over time. Recommendations? |

Any one of the following vests/braces should be able to assist you with improving your posturing. However, it is important to realize that these braces are designed to restrain you from your natural, relaxed state. It takes a bit of time to get accustomed to wearing these. Start slowely by wearing these only a couple hours per day and gradually increase the duration. Do not overtighten the adjustable straps. If you make incremental adjustments, over time, you should begin seeing improvements in your posture.
